Coordinator - EDP (KH)

The EDP Coordinator will supportthe implementation of APD's Entrepreneurship Development Programme for Personswith Disabilities (PwDs). Working closely with the Sr. Manager – EDP andcommunity stakeholders, the Coordinator will be responsible for networking andliaising with like -minded organizations, government instruments, NGOs,institutions, and community networks to identify eligible beneficiaries for theprogram.The role will guide and trainbeneficiaries in entrepreneurship by delivering training modules, conductingpractical sessions, and mentoring them in developing viable business models.The Coordinator will also facilitate linkages to government schemes, financialinstitutions, markets, raw material suppliers, and machinery providers toensure the right beneficiaries are empowered to start and sustain theirenterprises. Documentation and reporting will be integral responsibilities ofthis role. Key Responsibilities:· Network and liaise with government bodies, NGOs,institutions, and community stakeholders to identify eligible beneficiaries.· Mobilize and screen candidates as per programcriteria for entrepreneurship development.· Deliver training modules and conduct practicalsessions to prepare beneficiaries for entrepreneurship.· Guide entrepreneurs in developing, testing, andrefining business models.· Provide one -on -one mentoring and handholdingsupport throughout the entrepreneurial journey.· Facilitate linkages to government schemes,credit institutions, and subsidy programs.· Support access to raw materials, machinery,market linkages, and buyers for entrepreneurs.· Collaborate with the Sr. Manager – EDP to ensureprogram quality and goal achievement.· Maintain accurate documentation of training,beneficiary progress, and linkage outcomes.· Prepare timely reports, dashboards, and updatesfor internal and external stakeholders. Assist in organizing exposure visits, workshops,and entrepreneurship eventsRequirementsRequired Qualifications:· Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Social Work(BSW/MSW), Development Studies, Business Administration, or related field.· Minimum 2–4 years of experience inentrepreneurship development, livelihood promotion, or community -basedprograms.· Experience in training, mentoring, and businessmodel development.· Fluency in local language(s) with workingproficiency in English.· Working knowledge of MS Office and datamanagement tools. · Preferred Qualifications:· Experience working with Persons withDisabilities or marginalized communities.· Familiarity with government schemes, creditinstitutions, and micro/small enterprise promotion.· Exposure to CSR, NGO, or livelihood -linkedentrepreneurship initiatives. · Skills and Competencies:Strong networking and community engagement skills.Training and facilitation skills for entrepreneurship modules.Business acumen and understanding of small enterprise models.Ability to mentor and guide entrepreneurs with empathy.Good documentation and reporting skills.Commitment to inclusion and communitydevelopment
