MIS Coordinator

To ensure accurate CRM data discipline, generate timely MIS reports across departments, and provide business insights for better decision-making and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Compliance & Process Monitoring
Audit daily entries in CRM (Airtable / Kylas / etc.) to ensure all SOPs are being followed.
- Track lead status updates, follow-ups, appointment confirmation, sales closure entries, and doctor recommendations.
Identify errors or missing data and follow up with respective team members for corrections.
MIS & Reporting
Generate Daily / Weekly / Monthly reports for:
- Clinic Appointments & Follow-up Status
- Conversion Rate by Advisor / TL / Clinic
- Product vs Service Sales
- Marketing Funnel – Lead Source vs Output vs Cost
- Doctor-wise / Branch-wise Revenue & Upsell Performance
Customize reports and share with concerned departments (Sales / Marketing / Finance / HR).
Business Analysis
Highlight patterns, gaps, leakages or underperformance through reports.
- Provide actionable recommendations backed by numbers.
Work closely with management to plan improvements based on data trends.
Coordination & Automation Support (If Skilled)
Liaise with CRM / Automation vendors or internal tech team to update dashboards and trackers.
- Maintain central data health score of CRM.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with CRM Tools (Airtable / Zoho / HubSpot / Kylas etc.)
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets & Reporting skills
- Understanding of Sales / Operations processes preferred
- Analytical mindset — should not just compile data but interpret it
