Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying and approaching potential customers for solar solutions.
  • Support senior sales engineers in conducting site visits and preparing proposals.
  • Learn about solar system design, product specifications, and project execution.
  • Generate leads through calls, referrals, and field visits.
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams for project support.
  • Maintain sales records and prepare daily reports.
  • Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and follow-ups.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering fields.
  • Experience: Freshers can apply (training will be provided).
  • Strong interest in sales, marketing, and renewable energy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
  • Willingness to travel for fieldwork and site visits.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹13,000 per month (during training).
