Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and deepen long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients.
  • Needs Analysis & Solutions: Understand client goals and challenges to offer suitable products/services (e.g., financial advice, loans, insurance).

Customer Service: Act as a single point of contact, addressing queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive experience

Business Development: Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new business, meeting sales targets.

Strategic Planning: Use client feedback and market trends to develop strategies for retention and growth.

Internal Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and support teams to deliver consistent service.
