Key Responsibilities
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build, maintain, and deepen long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients.
- **Needs Analysis & Solutions**: Understand client goals and challenges to offer suitable products/services (e.g., financial advice, loans, insurance).
**Customer Service**: Act as a single point of contact, addressing queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive experience
**Business Development**: Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new business, meeting sales targets.
**Strategic Planning**: Use client feedback and market trends to develop strategies for retention and growth.
**Internal Collaboration**: Work with marketing, sales, and support teams to deliver consistent service.
