Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Public Health Researcher, located in Bengaluru. The Public Health Researcher will be responsible for conducting research, gathering and analyzing data, developing research reports, and collaborating with other team members. The researcher will also engage in fieldwork, design studies, and develop health intervention strategies to benefit marginalized communities. Additionally, the researcher will contribute to policy recommendations and provide evidence-based insights to guide public health initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Research, Data Collection, and Data Analysis skills
  • Experience in conducting fieldwork and designing studies
  • Ability to develop research reports and policy recommendations
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Understanding of public health issues affecting marginalized communities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
  • Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
