Immediate joiners or candidates with notice period up to 45 days/less are highly preferred

  • Minimum 7+ years of overall experience with strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud reporting
  • Proficient in developing OTBI and BI Publisher reports across various Oracle HCM Cloud modules
  • Experience in building and managing Business Intelligence (BI) and analytics solutions to support decision-making
  • Strong background in data analysis and business analysis
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication skills to engage with both technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Good business acumen and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
