We are hiring Soft Skills Trainer to be a part of our team. Preference given to female candidates

Are you passionate about nurturing confidence, communication and character in young minds?

Requirements:

  • Must reside within 15 kms radius of our school
  • Excellent Communications Skills - Fluency in English is a must
  • Friendly, patient and engaging with children
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to plan and deliver interactive sessions suited to school -age students

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging soft skill sessions for students (Communication, teamwork, leadership, etiquette)
  • Develop and implement age - appropriate lesson plans and activities
  • Help students improve public speaking, confidence and social behaviour
  • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Organize interactive workshops, role plays and personality development activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Prior experience in soft skill training will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
