  • Client Retention: Resolve post-visit issues and ensure a positive client experience to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Event Coordination: Assist with organizing property events and private viewings.
  • Property Knowledge: Stay updated on property details, market trends, and competitive properties to offer valuable insights.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Address client concerns swiftly while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in client relationship management, sales, or customer service (real estate experience required).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
