Eligibility:

  • Experience:

  • 2–3 years in interior design execution

  • OR 4–5 years in a related field with minimum 1 year in interior execution

  • Qualification:

  • B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Interior Designing, Degree in Architecture or related field

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Site Supervision & Execution

  2. Oversee daily site operations and ensure smooth progress

  3. Manage carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, tiling, etc.

  4. Execute work as per approved drawings, BOQ, and specifications

  5. Team Coordination

  6. Supervise labor and subcontractors

  7. Allocate tasks and ensure timely, quality output

  8. Resolve team conflicts when needed

  9. Quality Control

  10. Monitor workmanship and material quality

  11. Ensure compliance with safety and design standards

  12. Report deviations proactively

  13. Timeline & Schedule Management

  14. Maintain daily/weekly progress reports

  15. Track project milestones and flag delays

  16. Suggest mitigation strategies

  17. Communication & Reporting

  18. Act as liaison between design team, project manager, client, and site workers

  19. Provide timely updates to the Project Coordinator and Project Head

  20. Attend meetings and share progress

  21. Material & Inventory Management

  22. Coordinate vendor deliveries

  23. Track material usage and prevent wastage

  24. Maintain inventory records

  25. Safety & Compliance

  26. Enforce health and safety protocols

  27. Identify hazards and take preventive action

  28. Ensure regulatory compliance

  29. Client Coordination

  30. Address client queries during site visits

  31. Share progress updates and incorporate feedback
