Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Officer located in Gurugram. The Medical Officer will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care, conducting medical assessments, and overseeing patient medical records. The role includes performing procedures at home, coordinating with primary doctors, training nursing staff, and ensuring adherence to medical protocols and guidelines. The Medical Officer will also participate in developing treatment plans and addressing patient inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications

  • Medicine and Patient Care skills
  • Experience in Geriatrics, ICU , Home Care , Emergency and working with Physicians
  • Skills in Training and staff development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience in the home health care industry is a plus
  • MBBS and 3 years of experience
