Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive with hands-on experience in content creation and basic graphic design. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the EdTech or EV automotive industry, with a strong understanding of student engagement, technical storytelling, and community building across social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
  • Research and develop content themes related to EV, sustainability, training programs, and student success stories.
  • Write copy for posts, reels, blogs, campaign captions, and short scripts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for content requirements—training, events, competitions, etc.
  • Create basic visuals, posters, carousels, and flyers using Canva or similar tools.
  • Plan and publish regular content as per the social media calendar.
  • Track engagement, growth metrics, and campaign/report performance.
  • Stay updated with latest trends in EV, education technology, and industry campaigns.
  • Promote ISIEINDIA's initiatives like CoE labs, competitions, internships, and innovation programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in social media marketing.
  • Prior experience in EdTech, Electric Mobility, or Automotive sector is mandatory.
  • Strong writing skills and ability to create informative, engaging content.
  • Knowledge of Canva or basic graphic tools.
  • Understanding of social media analytics and reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
