Role Overview

As a Marketing Executive, you will be the frontline representative of our brand in your region. This is a field-intensive role where you will meet potential clients, conduct site visits, and represent our company to decision-makers (architects, consultants, contractors, and facility managers).

You will be responsible for generating enquiries, capturing market intelligence, and maintaining client relationships, while coordinating internally with the Costing, Sales, and Projects teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Field Work
  • Conduct daily client visits (builders, hospitals, pharma projects, contractors, project consultants, architects).
  • Present our product portfolio through physical brochures, samples, and presentations.
  • Identify new projects under construction and introduce our solutions.

  • Build and expand contact database through site visits and field networking.

  • Client Engagement & Enquiry Management

  • Regularly meet architects, consultants, and project managers to build relationships.
  • Register all enquiries in Zoho CRM and track them till quotation stage.

  • Support Sales team in negotiations by providing background on client needs.

  • Market Intelligence

  • Gather project information during field visits (site status, competitors involved, pricing benchmarks).

  • Share weekly competitor analysis with management.

  • Coordination & Reporting

  • Update Zoho CRM daily with visits, meetings, enquiries, and follow-ups.
  • Submit Daily Sales Report (DSR) with activities completed.
  • Attend daily review calls with management.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree (preferred: Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field).
  • 03 years of experience (freshers welcome; training provided).
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned region.
  • Ability to work independently in the field while keeping reports updated.
  • Basic MS Office/CRM knowledge (Zoho CRM experience is a plus).
