*Key Responsibilities:*

  • Build and manage large teams to achieve business targets.

  • Set SMART targets and develop strategies to achieve them.

  • Drive business growth through financial products, SME General Insurance, and MSME business solutions.

  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and business objectives.

  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance.
