Job Title: Team Lead

Job Summary: The Pre Sales Marketing Qualified Lead Team Lead will be responsible for leading

a team of pre-sales agents to generate high-quality leads that meet the sales team's requirements.

The TL will collaborate with different departments, such as Sales, Product Marketing, and

Demand Generation, to create campaigns that generate leads through inbound and outbound

marketing strategies. The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day activities of the team,

track their performance metrics, and ensure that the leads generated are of high quality and have

the potential to convert into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of pre-sales agents to generate high-quality leads for the sales team.
  • Develop marketing campaigns that will generate leads through inbound and outbound

marketing strategies.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation teams to ensure lead

quality and quantity meet sales requirements.

  • Work with the Marketing Automation team to build, manage and optimize lead nurture and

scoring programs to increase conversion rates.

  • Quality analysis and hygiene audit of all modes of communication of the team.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report progress to senior

management.

  • Continuously evaluate and optimize marketing campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and training to team members to develop their skills and

knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on lead generation.
  • 2+ years of experience leading a team of pre-sales agents.
  • Experience working and managing an auto dialer-based calling environment.
  • Ready to work in target linked leadership profile
  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo or Eloqua.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality leads that convert into customers.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with ABM, Inbound Marketing and outbound strategies is preferred.
