Key Responsibilities:Technical Support: Provide comprehensive support for NetSuite ERP and NetSuite Analytics Warehouse, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly. Data Integration: Implement and manage ETL processes to integrate data from various sources into NetSuite Analytics Warehouse, ensuring data quality and integrity. Analytics and Reporting: Develop custom reports and dashboards within NetSuite to provide real-time analytics and support data-driven decision-making.

System Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to optimize support workflows and system performance. Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver comprehensive business insights. Compliance: Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.

Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Qualifications:Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technical support role, with at least 2 years focused on NetSuite platforms, specifically NetSuite Analytics Warehouse.

Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript. Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and building ETL pipelines. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across various departments. Certification in NetSuite ERP Consultant or NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer is highly desirable.
