What will you be doing?
Supporting the ILD Application hosted on EU and US DC

Job Responsibilities

• Acknowledge, Track, manage all the emails coming to ILD Support email DL.
• Monitoring team has to coordinate internally between teams (Delivery, modeling, ETL etc) to provide updates on open issues reported by users.
• P1 and P2 issues should be escalated to the WAR room during normal business hours.
• Check every application alert coming through the day and take appropriate action.
• Closely monitor and take care of all production AS Models in KDC/MDC/SDC. Check for all the model instances memory utilization/hung/down models and take action.
• Assign all IRIS tickets in round robin fashion and provide timely updates on those, ensure tickets not assigned to person on vacation.
• Application smoke test when there are warnings or issues reported, if there are issues that cannot be resolved by L1 team, escalate to WAR room during business hours.
• L1 Tickets for AP/AS/Unify for US.
• L1 Tickets for AP/AS/Unify for Europe.
• Handling all new and existing client setup requests for US and UK, after hours and weekends. Application monitoring, health checks for Demo, client training, code red client when there is performance issue.
• Systematic maintenance of the environment (WAS weekly restarts, file systems, mounts & logs cleanup, etc.) on weekends.
• Infrastructure monitoring for ILD Stack for KDC, MDC and SDC.
• Weekend coverage and handling delivery issues on priority and provding periodic updates to them on tickets.

Requirements

• Adhere to the support processes and best practices, and SLA requirements.
• Should be proficient in ITIL process
• Problem solving skills and attitude for self-learning newer applications.
• Willingness to work in UK and USA shifts.
• Good oral and written communication
• Generics support skills, good communication, debugging and analytical skills etc. are a prerequisite.
