**Job Description:**

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Associate Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in data engineering and a passion for working with data to drive insights. As part of our team, you will collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and software engineers to design, build, and maintain our data infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes.

- Work with data from various sources, ensuring data quality and integrity.

- Design and implement data models to support analytics and reporting initiatives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and bring data solutions to life.

- Analyze and troubleshoot data-related issues in a timely manner.

- Ensure compliance with data governance and data protection regulations.

- Document technical specifications and project progress.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- 2 to 5 years of experience in data engineering or a related field.

- Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and analysis.

- Strong SQL skills for querying and managing databases.

- Experience with Azure data services, including Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, or Azure Synapse Analytics.

- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and design.

- Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.

- Knowledge of machine learning concepts is a bonus.
