Internship Timings : 10A am to 3 pm

Job Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore.

Must be available in Bangalore*

Job Description / Responsibilities / Skills Required:

  1. Digital marketing

  2. Familiarise with all products and services rendered by the institute.

  3. Procuring new clients through direct contact, word of mouth and on social media
  4. Managing official social media pages (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.),

publishing new posts, sharing on related pages, generating views and expanding the

reach by drawing.

  • Generating leads and finding new clientele for the institute by reaching out to

people/organisations on various social media groups (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram,

etc.)

  1. Office Coordinator/office assistant

  2. Answer incoming client calls, determine the purpose of calls, & explain our services in

detail.

  • Schedule client appointments and answer questions about the organisation providing

callers with addresses, directions, & other information

  • Welcome on-site visitors, determine the nature of business, & explain details about

appropriate training programs offered by the institute.

  • Update appointment calendars & follows up on potential client calls.

3.Human Resource

Assist in recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes and conducting intial screenings.
