We are seeking a
Software QA Engineer
with
2–5 years of experience
in manual testing. The role requires strong skills in
manual QA testing, documentation, process writing, and requirement analysis
. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring that business requirements are clearly translated into testable deliverables.
Key Responsibilities

  • Perform manual testing for web, mobile, and enterprise applications.
  • Create, execute, and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
  • Identify, document, and track defects
  • Ensure coverage across functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and integration testing.
  • Prepare QA documentation (Test reports, Process documents, Release notes, SOPs).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, use cases, and analyze requirements.
  • Create and manage process workflows, wireframes, and requirement traceability matrix (RTM).
  • Facilitate communication between business teams and development teams.
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing scenarios and coordinating with users.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of professional experience in Manual Testing & QA processes.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle.
  • Hands-on experience in documentation and process writing.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
