We are seeking a strategic and consumer-focused Product Marketing Manager to lead our B2C go-to-market initiatives, enhance user engagement, and shape the brand narrative across our platform. This role is pivotal in positioning Impacteers as the premier destination for career transformation and personal growth. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute B2C go-to-market strategies for new features, tools, and services tailored to individual users. - Craft compelling product messaging and positioning for diverse consumer segments including students, job seekers, and early-stage professionals. - Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback studies to inform product and marketing strategy. - Collaborate with product, UX, and community teams to ensure high feature adoption and user satisfaction. - Design and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, SEO, webinars) to drive consumer engagement and conversions. - Create and maintain product marketing assets such as landing pages, case studies, demo decks, and explainer videos. - Monitor and report on key performance indicators including activation rate, feature usage, conversion, and retention. Required Skills & Experience: - 4-6 years of experience in product marketing, ideally within EdTech, HRTech, or SaaS targeting B2C audiences. - Deep understanding of consumer personas, customer journeys, and lifecycle marketing. - Proficiency with growth and analytics tools such as HubSpot, Mixpanel, and Google Analytics. - Strong storytelling, copywriting, and content strategy capabilities.
