Key Responsibilities

  • Project Supervision: Monitor and manage day-to-day construction activities, ensuring they align with blueprints, technical specifications, and safety standards.
  • Technical Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical difficulties that arise during the construction process.
  • Quality Control & Assurance: Perform regular inspections and maintain detailed records to ensure the quality of construction work.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols on the construction site, conduct safety training, and ensure workers use appropriate safety gear.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate and collaborate with clients, construction crews, subcontractors, architects, and other professionals.
  • Documentation: Gather data, compile site reports, and maintain necessary work documentation.
  • Resource Management: Manage on-site resources, including labor and materials, and work to keep the project within budget

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month
