As a Software Engineering - Developer at Kyndryl, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions. Your work will play a critical role in our business offering, your code will deliver value to our customers faster than ever before, and your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be critical in ensuring the success of our products.

Using design documentation and functional programming specifications, you will be responsible for implementing identified components. You will ensure that implemented components are appropriately documented, unit-tested, and ready for integration into the final product. You will have the opportunity to architect the solution, test the code, and deploy and build a CI/CD pipeline for it.

As a valued member of our team, you will provide work estimates for assigned development work, and guide features, functional objectives, or technologies being built for interested parties. Required Technical and Professional Experience

• 8+ years of experience working as a software engineer on complex software
• Experienced in building advanced work assignment features within the ServiceNow FSO platform.
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting techniques.
• Experience with Integration Hub, MID Server, and third-party system integrations.
• Working knowledge of CMDB, ITSM modules, and ServiceNow Mobile configurations.
• Proficient in configuring reports, dashboards, and leveraging business intelligence tools
• Skilled in scripting and developing custom applications on the ServiceNow platform
• Expertise in configuring FSO modules, setting up data models, and developing workflows
• Proven experience with the ServiceNow Financial Services Operations (FSO) platform
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) and custom application development
• Skilled in leading customer-facing discussions, workshops, and configuration reviews
• Excellent problem-solving abilities focused on performance optimization and scalability improvements
• Proficient in documenting development processes and technical configurations
• Hands-on experience with Performance Analytics (PA) enablement and FSO-specific workflows (e.g., Commercial and Servicing Lines for Banking)
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, or FSO-specific certs)

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Certified Implementation Specialist - Field Service Management) certification in ServiceNow,

• CIS-CSM (Certified Implementation Specialist - Customer Service Management) certification

• Implementation Specialist – ITSM (CIS-ITSM) certification.

• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
