Why We're Hiring
We are scaling fast. Leads are coming in through multiple channels, but we need
structured sales execution
. Our challenges today:
- Many leads go cold due to poor follow-up.
- Distributors need more support and updates.
- Customers often don't understand the value of cybersecurity—we need consultative selling, not push selling.
- We aim for predictable closures every month to meet our revenue targets.
The Sales Executive will be the
frontline warrior
solving these problems with discipline, energy, and ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Nurturing & Follow-up
- Contact, engage, and build relationships with leads from multiple sources (events, referrals, LinkedIn, distributors).
- Maintain structured follow-ups and document everything in CRM (Dynamics 365).
Consultative Selling
- Understand customer pain points in
cybersecurity, compliance, brand protection
. - Position C9Lab products as
business value & trust enhancers
, not just technical tools.
Distributor Support & Coordination
- Act as a bridge between distributors and internal teams.
- Ensure pricing, proposals, and demos are aligned and delivered on time.
Revenue Closure
- Drive deals to closure before month-end, ensuring predictable revenue.
- Negotiate and prepare proposals, assist in PoCs where required.
Market Intelligence
- Gather insights from customers, distributors, and competitors.
- Share feedback with marketing and product teams to improve GTM.
What We Expect
Experience:
1–3 years in B2B sales (IT/SaaS/Cybersecurity preferred). Freshers with strong communication & hunger will also be considered.
Skills:
- Excellent communication (English & Hindi).
- Strong follow-up discipline and CRM usage.
- Ability to simplify technical topics for non-technical customers.
- Negotiation and relationship management.

- Ownership mindset – treat revenue as your responsibility.
