As a Digital Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and Bing. The role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on expertise with ad platforms, and the ability to translate data-driven insights into actionable strategies that drive campaign growth and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth execution.
  • Perform campaign analysis and deliver clear conclusions with actionable recommendations.
  • Define and execute growth initiatives with measurable timelines and results.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, aligning campaigns with their business goals.
  • Identify and evaluate new campaign opportunities, converting them into projects.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, and operations teams to resolve day-to-day issues.
  • Participate in team or cross-departmental meetings to share updates and insights.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and market research.
  • Monitor key KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and provide regular reporting with insights.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining smooth communication and addressing concerns.

Requirements

  • 24 years of experience in Search Engine Marketing, including Shopping Campaigns and feed management.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Bing Ads, and related platforms.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
  • Familiarity with keyword tools (Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills (written and verbal), with the ability to lead meetings with US-based clients during late evenings.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field with proven quantitative and analytical skills.

  • Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, data organization).
  • Familiarity with SQL/Unix for data analysis
