A. MCA / ROC Compliances
Preparation and filing of all ROC forms (INC, DIR, MGT, AOC, PAS, ADT, SH, CHG, etc.) as per the Companies Act, 2013 and LLP Act, 2008.
Appointment and resignation of Directors, Auditors, and other key managerial personnel.
Alteration of MOA and AOA – change in name, object clause, registered office, or capital structure.
Increase or decrease of share capital, issue or transfer of shares, and maintenance of statutory registers.
Conversion of LLP to Private Limited Company and vice versa, including all related approvals and filings.
Closure or strike-off of Companies and LLPs as per applicable provisions.
Monitoring and ensuring compliance with all annual filings and statutory deadlines on the MCA portal.
B. Financial & Statutory Audit Support
Preparation of annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Notes, etc.) in coordination with auditors.
Liaison with statutory and tax auditors for completion of audit and reporting requirements.
Assistance in tax audit documentation, working papers, and annexures.
Support in income tax return and other regulatory filings.
C. Reporting & Documentation
Preparation of projected financial reports, projections, and estimates for internal management or funding purposes.
Drafting and maintaining Board Resolutions, Minutes, Notices, and other secretarial records.
Preparation of compliance checklists, MIS reports, and maintenance of digital and physical company records.
