Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update customer records, vehicle sales files, and service documentation.

Handle invoice generation, billing, and payment follow-ups.

Prepare MIS reports (sales, service, stock, insurance, finance, etc.) as required by management.

Coordinate with sales and service teams for customer queries and documentation support.

Process RTO registration, insurance, loan/finance documents, and warranty claims.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Handle email communication, official correspondence, and file management.

Assist in audits and maintain accuracy of records for compliance.

Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration or equivalent.

1–3 years of experience in back-office operations (preferably in automobile industry).

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/DMS software.

Strong communication (written & verbal) and coordination skills.

Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work under deadlines.

Knowledge of automobile documentation (RTO, insurance, finance) preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
