Come, transform with us.Inviting applications for the role of Manager –Advanced analytics In this role, the resource will be responsible for rapid simulation and understanding of existing applications and technical environment, to convert business requirements into detailed functional requirements and build a solution framework. We build solutions that demonstrate outstanding design for our clients and their customers.   • Build sophisticated and large-scale datasets to be used for statistical modeling, data mining and visualization.
  • Develop ETL pipelines to move data from source systems (CRM, weblogs, etc.) into data lake (HDFS, S3 etc.).
  • Perform data manipulation, wrangling, cleansing
  • Identify potential improvements and make both tactical and strategic changes to the current design/processes.
  • Participate in multiple project discussions as a senior member of the team while taking responsibility and ownership of components/processes within the team.
  • Serve as a coach/mentor for junior analysts.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • experience involving quantitative data analysis to solve problems
  • Hands on python development experience is a must
  • Specialist in SQL & other programming languages
  • Expert with statistical software (R/Stata/SAS/Matlab)
  • Must have exposure to working on visualization tools such as Tableau
Preferred qualifications Possess a combination of relevant certifications and demonstrable experience within the organization.
  • Experience with Tableau
  • Experience with Hadoop (Pig, Scalding)
  • Strategy consulting experience
