Our client, a leading consulting firm, is seeking professionals with expertise in GIS and BIM tools to support spatial data analysis, digital modeling, and project delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct spatial data analysis and create geospatial models using GIS/BIM tools to support project decision-making.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain digital models and databases to ensure accuracy and consistency across projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, planning, and design) to integrate GIS/BIM outputs into project deliverables.
  • Prepare dashboards, maps, and visual reports for stakeholders to communicate insights effectively.
  • Support project lifecycle activities including feasibility studies, design coordination, and project monitoring using digital tools.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, data governance, and best practices in GIS/BIM implementation.

Skills Required

  • Proficiency in GIS platforms (ArcGIS, QGIS) and BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret spatial and design data.
  • Skilled in data visualization, mapping, and creating interactive dashboards for decision support.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to integrate GIS/BIM outputs into planning, engineering, and consulting workflows.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for client and stakeholder engagement.
