Position: Sales Call Executive (Telecalling)

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Sales Call Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our digital marketing services, generating qualified leads, and setting up meetings for our sales team.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Outreach

  • Make outbound calls daily to potential clients across various industries
  • Identify and qualify prospects who need digital marketing services
  • Generate interest in our services through compelling telephonic conversations
  • Maintain and update lead database in CRM systems

Sales & Client Communication

  • Explain our digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, PPC, Website Development, etc.)
  • Understand client business challenges and position our solutions effectively
  • Handle objections professionally and convert leads into qualified prospects
  • Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team

Relationship Building

  • Build rapport with potential clients over calls
  • Follow up with prospects through multiple touchpoints
  • Maintain positive relationships with leads for long-term conversion
  • Respond to inbound inquiries promptly and professionally

Target Achievement

  • Meet and exceed monthly lead generation and appointment setting targets
  • Maintain high conversion ratios from calls to qualified leads
  • Achieve individual and team sales objectives consistently

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain detailed records of all calls and interactions
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences
  • Update CRM with accurate prospect information

Core Skills

  • Excellent Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi (both verbal and written)
  • Persuasion Skills: Ability to influence and convince prospects
  • Active Listening: Understanding client needs and pain points
  • Quick Learning: Grasp digital marketing concepts and services quickly
  • Negotiation: Handle objections and close appointments effectively

Technical Skills

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SMM, PPC, Content Marketing)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) is a plus
  • Comfortable with technology and online communication tools

What We OfferCompensation

  • Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
  • Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives and bonuses
  • Earning Potential: Up to ₹35,000-40,000+ per month with incentives

Working Hours

  • Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Weekly Off: Sunday
  • Flexibility for occasional extended hours during campaigns
