Role Description:

MERN Stack Developer (5+ Years Experience)

Location: Vijayawada | Full-time | Immediate Joiners Preferred

We are seeking an experienced
MERN Stack Develope
r with deep expertise in building scalable, high-performance applications using modern JavaScript/TypeScript technologies. The ideal candidate has strong system design capabilities, excels in both backend and frontend engineering, and is skilled in building reliable data/ETL pipelines. A strong focus on code quality, automated testing, and engineering excellence is essential.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end application systems with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.

Architect robust backend services, APIs, microservices, and data/ETL workflows.

Build modular, high-quality front-end interfaces and reusable components.

Ensure system performance, security, and reliability across the application stack.

Translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Conduct thorough code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.

Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure high product quality.

Collaborate with Product, UX, Data, and DevOps teams for seamless delivery.

Drive continuous improvement in system architecture and development processes.

Core Technical Skills

JavaScript / TypeScript Ecosystem

Frontend: , , Redux/Context API

Backend: , , NestJS for scalable backend development

API Development: REST, authentication (JWT/OAuth), microservices, API security

Databases: MongoDB (schema optimization, indexing, aggregation) + SQL familiarity

Expert-level understanding of ES6+, modular architecture, async workflows

Git workflows, CI/CD, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

Data Engineering & ETL Pipelines

Experience designing and maintaining ETL pipelines for data ingestion & transformation

Data quality validation, performance tuning, and scheduling/orchestration (Cron or cloud schedulers)

Understanding of workflow automation and distributed data processing patterns

Testing & Quality Engineering

Strong understanding of unit, integration, and component testing

Hands-on experience with testing frameworks such as:

Jest, Mocha, Chai, Supertest, Vitest

Ability to design testable architecture and enforce testing standards across the team

Experience with mocking, test coverage analysis, CI test automation, and TDD/BDD practices

GraphQL

End-to-end testing tools (Cypress, Playwright, Puppeteer)

Caching & messaging systems: Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ

UI frameworks: Material UI, Tailwind CSS, Chakra UI

Monitoring & observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK

Experience with distributed systems and large-scale architecture

Agile/Scrum methodology exposure
