About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications using MongoDB, , , and You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, , , ).

· Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end applications.

· Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

· Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.

· Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces.

· Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems as needed.

· Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards and processes.

· Work closely with the DevOps team for deployment and CI/CD integration.

Required Skills & Experience:

· 5–7 years of experience in full-stack web development with a strong focus on the MERN stack.

· Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), , , , and MongoDB.

· Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, RESTful APIs, and JSON.

· Experience with version control (Git/GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines.

· Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

· Knowledge of TypeScript, , or GraphQL is an advantage.

· Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.

· Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Education:

· Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

· Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

· Prior experience in leading small development teams is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500, ₹2,000,000.00 per year
