Go Pravasa is hiring a Visa Manager to lead visa operations for global destinations including UAE, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore/Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Schengen, UK, US, Canada, and Australia. The role demands ownership of the complete visa process—from eligibility checks and documentation to appointments, biometrics, compliance, and timely approvals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end visa workflows and maintain SOPs, checklists, and templates.
  • Handle group visa pipelines for departures with strict cut-offs.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Tour Managers, and Customers for seamless travel readiness.
  • Lead, train, and monitor Visa Executives; ensure quality and compliance.
  • Build strong relationships with VFS/BLS centers, consulates, and partners.
  • Track approvals, TAT, escalations, and revenue through MIS reporting.

Requirements

  • 2–6 years of visa operations experience in a travel company/VFS/consultancy.
  • 1–2 years of team management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of VFS Global, BLS, USTravelDocs, Schengen portals, UAE ICP/GDRFA, UKVI, etc.
  • Excellent documentation, proofreading, and risk-screening skills.
  • Fluency in English & Kannada (Hindi/Tamil/Telugu preferred).
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, CRM tools, and professional email handling.
