Manages professional associates and/or supervisors. Has primary accountability for the performance and results of a team within own discipline. Operates within established departmental plans and priorities. Exercises judgement, within defined practices and policies, to address resource and operational challenges. Responsible for the results of the team. Manages a generally homogeneous team. Builds engagement in teams to meet service and/or operational challenges. Impacts the level of service and the team's ability to meet quality, volume, and timeliness objectives. Guides, influences and persuades others either internally or lower complexity external customers or agencies. Sets priorities for supervisors / AMs / DMs and provides coaching and feedback sharing managerial insights and people skills. Analyzes information to solve on-going problems. Conducts performance appraisals and works with supervisors on performance improvement plans to help close performance gaps. Ensure that team efforts are coordinated towards common business goals. Communicates with internal and external stakeholders to provide status updates and exchange ideas Should be able to manage team effectively thus driving productivity and achieving the goals ##LI-DNI
Graduate from any stream Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage people / people leaders and drive them towards a common goal Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects within time constraints. Ability to communicate ideas quickly and to give and receive feedback. Great organizational and excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent time management skills and discipline Passionate about the team and the work undertaken Should be level headed and organized
