Analyzes information to solve on-going problems.
Conducts performance appraisals and works with supervisors on performance improvement plans to help close performance gaps.
Ensure that team efforts are coordinated towards common business goals.
Communicates with internal and external stakeholders to provide status updates and exchange ideas
Should be able to manage team effectively thus driving productivity and achieving the goals ##LI-DNI Qualifications Graduate from any stream
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage people / people leaders and drive them towards a common goal
Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects within time constraints.
Ability to communicate ideas quickly and to give and receive feedback.
Great organizational and excellent interpersonal skills.
