Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, train, and fine-tune custom AI/ML models based on business requirements.
  • Work with datasets to clean, preprocess, and prepare them for training and evaluation.
  • Evaluate model performance and apply optimization techniques to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with backend and frontend teams to integrate AI models into existing systems or applications.
  • Implement automation and predictive analytics using AI tools and frameworks.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in AI/ML technologies and apply them where suitable.
  • Maintain proper documentation for model versions, datasets, and training processes.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, model training, and evaluation techniques.
  • Experience with Python and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar.
  • Knowledge of data handling tools such as Pandas, NumPy, Pytorch and SQL.
  • Ability to design and train custom models from scratch for various use cases.
  • Familiarity with deployment methods (e.g., REST APIs, FastAPI, or Flask for ML integration).
  • Good understanding of data visualization tools like Matplotlib or Power BI (preferred).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
