Business Development Executive
who can help us expand our client base and strengthen our global presence.
Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional with a strong background in
gaming or IT sales
. The ideal candidate will manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to client acquisition and account management. This is a
client-facing role
, requiring
excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written)
to engage with domestic and international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through online platforms, networking, and outreach.
- Manage
end-to-end
sales, including pitching services, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with
gaming clients
(India & abroad). - Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with company services.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and partnership opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records, prepare reports, and track performance metrics.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. (not mandatory)
- 5+ years of experience
in
Business Development / Sales
within the
Gaming or IT industry
(mandatory). - Proven track record of handling end-to-end sales cycles — from lead generation to deal closure (mandatory).
- Exceptional
English communication skills
(spoken and written) — must be confident in international client interactions (mandatory). - Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in exploring new business opportunities.
