About The Role  

Scrum Master

- 8+ Years of project management experience.
- Coordinating with scrum team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements,

deadlines, and schedules.
- Meeting with scrum team members to identify and resolve issues.
- Introduce agile engineering practices in day to day activities.
- Ensure agile delivery methodology is followed and roadblocks are addressed in a timely fashion.
- Host Daily standups and remove obstacles for the scrum team to meet overall objective.
- Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable

successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.
- Maintain JIRA Dashboard for task list, status, approvals, CR scope etc.,
- Obtaining product team acceptance of project deliverables.
- Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.
