Role Overview

The CRM Data Analyst is responsible for managing, analyzing, and optimizing customer and lead data within the CRM system. This role supports admissions, marketing, and sales teams by providing accurate data insights, performance reports, and data-driven recommendations to improve conversions and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage CRM data accuracy, integrity, and consistency
  • Collect, clean, validate, and analyze student, lead, and customer data
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports for Management (MD)
  • Track lead sources, follow-up status, conversions, and dropouts
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and admission funnel metrics
  • Generate dashboards and MIS reports for admissions and sales teams
  • Identify data trends, gaps, and opportunities for business growth
  • Coordinate with telecalling, admissions, and marketing teams for data updates
  • Ensure proper CRM usage by all departments
  • Support automation, segmentation, and data integration initiatives
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all CRM data

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or related field
  • Proven experience as a CRM Data Analyst or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards)
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools preferred
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in education, admissions, or training institutes
  • Understanding of sales funnels, lead management, and customer lifecycle
  • Experience in automation, workflow setup, and CRM reporting
