The Role

• Should have very good expertise on Windows / VMWare / Hyper-V / ESXI / Active Directory Administration
• Systems Administration
• Installation, up-gradation, and troubleshooting of windows / VMWare / Hyper-V / Nutanix Platform
• Expertise on Microsoft SCCM
• Should have excellent skills on troubleshooting
• Provide L2 / L3 Support on Windows and VMWare Administration related activities.
• Co-ordinate with OEM for any L3 support requirement by logging Support Case and Follow up for closure.
• Perform parameter setting / Hardening as per Technical Specification
• Should have very good knowledge on Windows / VMware / ESXi / Hyper-V platform and its compatibility checks.
• Monitor server systems and ensure server Healthiness
• Installation of Patches and fixes as per Change Management
• Working knowledge of resolution of identified Vulnerabilities
• Perform Backup Job Management with Backup Scheduling for optimum utilization of backup resources
• Performance Monitoring and Capacity management for Windows and VMWare servers
• Prepare Health Report on Daily basis with required information and publish accurately
• Good hands on experience in diagnosing and fixing VMware related issues by analyzing Logs
• Maintain Windows and VMware Server Platform Compliant and Audit Ready
• Ability to work under work timeline pressure
• Fair knowledge of ITIL process and Practices
  Skills on IIS will have added advantages

Required Technical and Professional Experience

• Minimum 10 Years of Work Experience with 6 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma Engineering
• Ready to provide 24X7 Support
  Good verbal and written communication Skills in English
