Job Description

To manage, grow, and optimize our brand's online presence across social media platforms and Google Ads ecosystem, driving measurable engagement, quality leads, and conversions while maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute strategy across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, shorts).
  • Run paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn.
  • Manage community engagement (DMs, comments, queries).
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity.

Google Ads Management

  • Plan and run Search, Display, YouTube Video, and Remarketing campaigns.
  • Keyword research, ad copywriting, and campaign structuring.
  • Optimize campaigns for CTR, CPC, and conversions.
  • Implement tracking (UTM, Pixel, GA4, conversion tracking).
  • Monthly ad spend vs ROI reporting.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and report KPIs: Engagement Rate, CPL, CTR, CAC, ROAS.
  • Create dashboards for campaign performance.
  • Share actionable insights with management.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager / Digital Marketing Specialist.
  • Hands-on expertise with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager.
  • Knowledge of SEO basics for content alignment.
  • Copywriting & storytelling skills.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Canva / Adobe tools (preferred).

Qualifications

  • Graduate in Marketing, Digital Media, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2–3 years in Social Media & Google Ads campaigns (agency/brand side).
  • Google Ads Certification (preferred).
  • Portfolio of past campaigns with measurable results.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
