**Job Purpose**:
To manage and grow the company’s social media presence across all digital platforms, create engaging content, monitor campaigns, and support brand visibility, audience engagement, and lead generation goals.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities:1. Content Planning & Creation**:

- Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, image, video, reels, etc.) for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and others.
- Work closely with the graphic designer to create visual content aligned with brand aesthetics and messaging.

**2. Social Media Management**:

- Daily management of all social media accounts including posting, monitoring, and responding to messages and comments.
- Maintain a content calendar with consistent brand voice and themes.
- Plan and execute paid campaigns and boosts when required.

**3. Analytics & Reporting**:

- Track, analyze, and report on KPIs (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions).
- Use insights to optimize future campaigns and increase engagement.

**4. Community Engagement**:

- Engage with followers and influencers, respond to queries, and manage online reputation.
- Participate in relevant conversations to promote the brand and customer loyalty.

**5. Branding & Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with internal departments (sales, service, HR) to align social media content with ongoing campaigns and initiatives.
- Assist with events, promotions, and product/service announcements.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
