  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of community outreach activities under Project Roshni.
  • Identify, liaise, and coordinate with schools, colleges, and designated partners for setting up eye screening camps.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with beneficiaries and key Points of Contact (PoCs).
  • Supervise on-ground outreach teams to ensure smooth camp operations and effective community engagement.
  • Track daily progress, collect and analyze field data, and ensure timely documentation and reporting.
  • Support awareness generation through field visits, IEC (Information, Education, Communication) material distribution, and community meetings.
  • Troubleshoot on-site challenges and maintain effective communication between all stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
