Experienced Audit Assistant Required

Location: Mookambi Building, Ground Floor, K T Koshi Avenue, Kochi – 682011, Kerala

Salary: Salary will be discussed with qualified candidates during the interview stage.

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday working required during rush hours)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of audits for various clients.
  • Conduct substantive testing and perform audit procedures in accordance with the firm's methodologies.
  • Prepare and review working papers, documentation, and audit reports.
  • Identify and communicate audit findings and recommendations to senior auditor.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and provide timely updates on audit progress.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements and other audit-related documentation.
  • Support the audit team in various administrative tasks as needed.

Good knowledge of Tally ERP, Microsoft Office, Winman is mandatory.

Qualifications:

  • Education: B.Com graduate.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.(Prior experience in a CA firm preferred)

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of auditing principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Tally ERP and Taxation software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to work on Saturdays during peak periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
