We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Senior Media Marketing Manager
with deep expertise in
Google Ads
and
SEO
to lead our real estate lead generation strategy. This role is crucial for driving a steady pipeline of high-quality, cost-effective leads and improving the company's online visibility for property-related keywords.

As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns that directly support property sales, strengthen brand authority, and maximize return on investment (ROI).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation Strategy:
  2. Plan and implement comprehensive Google Ads and SEO strategies to attract qualified real estate buyers and investors.
  3. Google Ads Campaign Management:
  4. Manage and optimize paid search, display, remarketing, and lead form ad campaigns, ensuring consistent performance improvement and cost-efficiency.
  5. SEO Execution:
  6. Conduct keyword research, implement on-page and off-page SEO tactics, manage link-building activities, and resolve technical SEO issues to enhance organic visibility.
  7. Landing Page & CRO:
  8. Design, test, and optimize landing pages to increase lead conversions and streamline the lead capture process.
  9. Performance Analysis:
  10. Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, and generate actionable insights.
  11. Sales Collaboration:
  12. Work closely with the sales team to ensure leads are qualified and aligned with business objectives.
  13. Budget Management:
  14. Strategically manage and allocate marketing budgets to reduce cost-per-lead while maximizing campaign effectiveness.
  15. Competitive Research:
  16. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
  17. Compliance & Best Practices:
  18. Ensure all campaigns comply with platform policies, industry regulations, and company standards.
  19. Trend Monitoring:
  20. Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and algorithm changes in digital marketing, particularly for real estate lead generation.
