Lab technician

• Ability to Handle 3D printed Dental/orthodontic Models .
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and specifications.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for making adjustments to machinery.
• Perform routine maintenance on the machinery to ensure it operates correctly and safely.
• Safely operate thermoforming machines, loading & unloading plastic sheets and controlling the forming process to produce parts according to work instructions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with production team.
• Enhance the strength and stability of the models through cleaning .
• Familiarity with the properties of Thermoplastic films & Sheets.
• According to the case list circulated decide the Thermoforming sheet.
• Collect the Case data from the 3D printing room in charge.
