Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Shift Timings: 9:30 am - 6:45 pm (9:15 hours shift including Lunch Break ,Tea Break)

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Explain product features and benefits clearly.
  • Generate leads through cold calling and provide final business Loan.
  • Schedule appointments for interested prospects.
  • Follow up with existing customers for feedback and upselling opportunities.
  • Maintain customer information and call logs in CRM.
  • Meet and exceed call volume and lead generation targets.
  • Engage with customers and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Good verbal communication and persuasion skills.
  • Familiarity with basic computers and banking applications/software.
  • Proven working experience as a Loan department.
  • Min Qualification required: Graduation
