Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Data Warehouse Engineer to design, build, and optimize large-scale data warehouse and analytics solutions. The candidate must have deep expertise in data modeling, ETL development, SQL optimization, and cloud-based data platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop data warehouse architecture, ETL pipelines, and data models.

  • Implement and manage data ingestion, transformation, and storage processes.

  • Work with business analysts and data scientists to ensure reliable, high-quality data availability.

  • Optimize performance of data pipelines and queries.

  • Implement data governance, lineage, and quality frameworks.

  • Manage deployments on cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or Azure Synapse.

  • Maintain documentation and enforce best practices for scalability and security.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience with ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, DataStage, Azure Data Factory, or Apache Airflow).

  • Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, and query performance tuning.

  • Deep knowledge of data modeling (Star/Snowflake schemas).

  • Hands-on with cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift, GCP BigQuery, Azure Synapse, or Snowflake).

  • Proficiency in Python / PySpark / Scala for data transformation.

  • Experience with data lakes, metadata management, and data cataloging tools.

  • Understanding of CI/CD for data pipelines and version control (Git).

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related field.

Preferred:

  • Cloud certification (AWS Data Analytics, Azure Data Engineer, or GCP Data Engineer).

  • Experience in real-time streaming (Kafka, Kinesis, or Pub/Sub).

  • Knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
