We are looking for a skilled House Keeping Manager to join our team at Jehovah Nissi enterprises, with 3-7 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures for all areas of the hotel or restaurant.
  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any areas needing improvement.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment related to housekeeping.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing housekeeping teams, preferably in hotels or restaurants.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning protocols, safety regulations, and quality control measures.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
