What Youll Do

  • Lead end-to-end development of core features in Flutter mobile apps (Candidate & Recruiter).
  • Architect modular, maintainable, and testable codebases using Riverpod/Bloc, Clean Architecture, and SOLIDprinciples.
  • Integrate with backend systems (REST/GraphQL APIs, ATS/CRM platforms like LaborEdge or Sense).
  • Implement offline-first experiences with local caching, background sync, and resilient networking.
  • Optimize app performance, animations, and load times across Android and iOS.
  • Manage app releases, CI/CD pipelines, and store deployments (App Store, Play Store).
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams to shape new features and ensure delightful UX.
  • Mentor mid-level developers and maintain code quality through reviews and documentation.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in mobile development (at least 6 years in Flutter/Dart).
  • Deep understanding of state management (Riverpod, Bloc/Cubit, Provider).
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and error handling patterns.
  • Strong grasp of Flutter architecture, navigation 2.0, asynchronous programming, and isolates.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Fastlane, Bitrise, or Codemagic.
  • Familiarity with Firebase (Auth, Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config).
  • Knowledge of app performance profiling, testing (unit/widget/integration), and debugging tools.
  • Understanding of secure storage, token management, and data privacy (HIPAA/PII).
  • Bonus: Experience integrating with healthcare staffing systems, job feeds, or ATS APIs.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with native iOS/Android for custom modules or SDK integrations.
  • Experience with Flutter Web or desktop builds.
  • Exposure to A/B testing, analytics funnels, and growth experiments.
  • Interest in mentoring and establishing coding standards.
  • Solid understanding of native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java) development for platform-specific customizations and troubleshooting.
